Do you manufacture the playgrounds yourselves?
Yes. Elysee works as a playground manufacturer, not as a general toy retailer. We develop project-based wooden playground equipment and coordinate production, delivery and installation planning according to the selected project.
What information do you need before preparing an offer?
The most useful starting information is the project location, available dimensions, target age group, expected number of children and the existing ground condition. A site photo, landscape plan or simple sketch can also help us prepare better options.
Do you have a fixed price catalogue?
We do not rely on one fixed price catalogue because projects vary significantly in size, equipment combination, surfacing, transport and installation requirements. We normally prepare several suitable options after reviewing the site.
What type of playground equipment do you manufacture?
Our main focus is natural wooden outdoor playground equipment. Depending on the model, projects can include towers, bridges, rope activities, climbing elements, swings, slides and themed play structures. We also work with selected outdoor furniture and recreational solutions for larger landscape projects.
How should the ground be prepared?
Ground preparation depends on the approved layout, foundations, drainage and surfacing system. The project owner or site contractor is responsible for preparing the ground correctly before installation unless a separate scope has been agreed. The final surface must remain stable, properly drained and suitable for the selected playground system.
How is safety surfacing determined?
Impact-attenuating surfacing must be selected according to the specific equipment, critical fall height and applicable safety requirements. Rubber tiles or other systems may be used where appropriate, but the required type and thickness should be confirmed for the selected project. A playground should not be opened until installation and the surrounding safety conditions have been checked.
Do you consider EN 1176?
Project planning takes EN 1176-oriented playground safety requirements into account, including equipment spacing, use zones and free-fall areas. If a tender requires model-specific certificates or third-party documentation, those requirements should be confirmed before the order is finalised.
Can you deliver and install outside Istanbul?
Yes. We support projects in Istanbul and other parts of Turkey. Transport and installation planning depend on project size, location and site readiness.
How long does a project take?
Lead time depends on the product combination and production schedule. Once the selected design and commercial terms are confirmed, we provide a project-specific production and delivery estimate rather than giving one generic timeline for every order.
